My name was Charlotte. I lived in Brighton in the UK. I was 19. I’m no longer here because a brain tumour took me - Glioblastoma grade 4. I was only 16 when first diagnosed with grade 3 Anaplastic Astrocytoma but that mutated to the deadly grade 4 Glioblastoma. My mum and brother have been raising awareness and telling my story from the diary entries we made. Mum doesn’t have one for every day but she still tweets.
Charlotte passed 24.2.2016
Could you RT so I’m not forgotten, to help keep my story alive and to raise awareness of brain cancer.
When you donate to a charity, do you ever wonder where your money goes?We are a small but transparent charity that believes in being upfront about how donations are spent. We also believe 100% of donations should go directly to the cause not 70%, not 80%, but every penny. We work directly with Charlotte's Lab based at King's College Hospital and have a pretty impressive team. We are a self funding charity. Do take a look at our website. If you want to donate to a charity please think of us. With thanks x
