Is he a scientist? I though he is a Computer Engineer. Outside of hardware where the contact with reality is, computing is an epistemic field. Nothing scientific about it, hence not a scientist.

@kimmonismus Chubby... That isn't scientific knowledge by definition... Mathematics is a purely epistemic domain. Hence, there is no empirical instance which can prove that 2+2=4. And since Science is Natural Philosophy and studies reality, mathematics is fully outside of it in that sense.
