@Edzomen I also recommend getting in contact with RET, if you have not already. Since all public transit local to Rotterdam have camera's (Bus, Tram, Metro). Also in contact with NS, since all the newer trains also have camera's. But I understand it takes time to get that footage.

@Edzomen Okay, if you're in contact with law enforcement. Most of Rotterdam's city is under 24/7 video surveillance by law enforcement. So they might be able to look at some footage if you have timestamps and locations where he might have been. To narrow it down.
