@PHEDconnect this new style of robbery is not acceptable! A new prepaid meter was issued and the outstanding amount was paid.. Now, this year with another outstanding, what is going on?

@accessbank_help I have an issue with a DTS account that was closed on June 4th 2024, only to receive an SMS by December for financial charges of ₦59,134.31 on the 25th and ₦2,209.32 on the 29th. I made a complaint about it and yet it's not resolved. WHY and HOW?
