@AerLingus Once again the Gatwick flights all delayed. Zero communication, no idea why you can’t make announcements and let people know what’s going on
@DublinAirport love the new scanners in T2, yet confused why premium security has the old one? So you pay for it to be more inconvenient….makes no sense!!
@Virtuo_UK claims to be “seamless” - nothing seamless about them so far!!! However the claim of being 100% contactless is correct - you CANNOT contact anyone that works at Virtuo. Nothing more frustrating than a company with no phone number and inability to speak to a human.
@Virtuo_UK been trying to validate my a/c for 4 days and there is endless info you need me to submit. Last night you randomly asked for my wife’s license - she’s not even on the booking or anything to do with the a/c! Money taken, booking tmrw AM but no idea what’s going on! HELP
