There's a heat advisory for Portland on Tuesday and Wednesday. In years past, I've made threads of mutual aid requests, closures, and other important info. I can't do it anymore. One reason? I look at a hell of a lot more than 600 tweets to compile those threads.
I also used to rely on third-party tools to process all the information to put together resource docs for use outside of social media. I can't do that anymore either — changes to social media APIs (including Twitter and reddit) make those tools useless to me.

Interviews and photos to come in July, but in the meantime, have some behind the scenes captures!

@Amandablum There's some material on Karnstein's legal career available online, but that's about it. He specializes in intellectual property, has run a couple of times for school board, but hasn't shared much about specific education issues.
It’s sunny in PDX and that means: time to start up #DisabledAndHere shoots for the year! We’re calling for disabled queer and trans BIPOC couples to feature in a park date photoshoot plus interviews.

Today is going to be a hard day for a lot of folks in Portland. Take care of yourself and our community. Support the people who were there. Feel what you need to feel.
At Ockley Green Middle School, students walked out of class to protest the school recently placing two Black school staffers on leave. Students also have concerns about the school's vice principal, who is currently named in a federal Title IX complaint.
It's just over two weeks until Pesach, so this seems like a good time to spread the word about A Haggadah of Our Own! It's a modern, inclusive haggadah that solves a lot of the problems with older haggadot, and I highly recommend checking it out. https://t.co/aFWyLbitHO
