Changing the downswing sequence for one of my students here...
Left Video = Before:
- Starting the swing with the upper body
- Not enough lateral shift with the lower body
- Excessive rotation of the upper to start the swing
Right Video = After
- Starting the swing with the lower body
- Bigger separation between lower & upper body
- Moving lower body more laterally
- Upper body staying closed longer
Swing on the right is without hitting a ball. This student is on my Premium Plan which allows for videos to be sent in at any time to ensure drills are being done correctly before doing a hundred repetitions of the wrong thing (potentially)
