@Victorianplumb Hi
I placed an order on 12th October , original delivery by date was the 24th October, it’s now the 6th November and I still haven’t had any correspondence detailing when the delivery will be. I have also emailed but not had a response. Appalling service so far
Lionesses you’ll roar again. You’ve again surpassed expectations. In times where the men’s game is ruined by money, power & corruption, you make us remember the beautiful game, teamwork, unity & inspiring dreams. Disappointment will be short lived but your legacy lasts forever.
The reason I didn’t do all 5 nights this time round. The scenes from a typical English BBQ in July on Saturday. Yes that is a child’s duvet I’ve got wrapped round me. Yes I look like a 90 year old. No I don’t have any regrets
Disgusting. As soon as dates of the strike were announced NHS trusts started planning how they’d cope, staff doing extra/swaps, cancelling elective work so emergencies are supported. And the health sec comes in on Fri at nearly 10pm? Less than 72hrs till the strikes starts 😡
I’ve written to @BMA_JuniorDocs inviting them for formal pay talks on the same basis other health unions accepted, including calling off next week’s strike.
Let’s have a constructive dialogue to make the NHS a better place to work and ensure we deliver the care patients need.
Anyone else noticed the irony of folk having opinions on whether @GaryLineker opinion should be allowed?
Junior doctor strikes still happening on Monday to Wednesday. Emergency services still available to those that need it but other services will be impacted
@GaryLineker and his fellow pundits standing in solidarity with him have shown more integrity in one afternoon than his bosses or the present govt ever have. Without freedom of speech we become one of those countries we profess to abhor. #censorship
It’s a sad state of affairs when there’s more about an ex-footballers tweet (no offence @GaryLineker ) in the press and Parliament than the impending 72 hour junior doctor strike. The NHS is run on quickly abating goodwill of its staff. Shame the govt can’t see it.
I don’t agree with the imagery GL used but I absolutely defend his right to express views. He spoke out on Qatar - on the BBC. Tweetgate says more about BBC paranoia in a time of Charter renewal and residual snobbery in some quarters about sportspeople daring to have opinions 2/2
Great exclusive article from @benjaminbutter on Shamima Begum and the continuing conundrum of ISIS brides in Syria 🇸🇾 featuring @andrewdrury and myself, thank you Benjamin 🗞 https://t.co/dOUaujQSO4
March 22 at the incredible Libearty Bear Sanctuary in Transylvania. Masha’s refugee story came to an end at her new forever home in a stunning enclosure nestled in the Carpathian Mountains. Masha is a bear and her rescue story was a moment of hope during this time of tragedy.
A thread about rescuing a bear from Ukraine
War is hell and horrors beyond imagination are being endured by the Ukrainian people because of Putin’s madness.
On March 19 a rescue mission got underway to save a bear called Masha from Ukraine who was stranded there by Putin’s war.
I would like to apologise for suggesting to the Prime Minister that he cut to the chase and offer Covid a square go. In my defence I thought it was clear I was joking and did not expect to see it become government policy.
