Some people have seen the recent post about my time as Head Admin of LEE LEO INTERNATIONAL, so I’d like to speak from my side.
Yes, I did a poor job as Head Admin. I first volunteered after the previous Head Admin of the other fanbase decided to deactivate the fanbase; at that time, no one else stepped forward, and I took on the role because of my love for Leo. I recognize now that I took on more than I could handle alongside school, travel, and other responsibilities, and my communication and organization skills weren’t at the level the fandom deserves. For that, I am genuinely sorry.
A few days ago, when the team raised concerns, I decided to step down immediately. For transparency, I am sharing a screenshot of the PayPal transaction confirming that the funds under my trust, which were approximately USD 800, were transferred to the new admin at the time of my resignation.
After stepping down, I shared my thoughts on how the Hong Kong birthday cafe should be run. Because of differences of opinion, I chose to create an unofficial, self‑funded fan cafe in Hong Kong using my own resources. This project does not use the fanbase’s donation funds and is completely separate from the official birthday projects.
I accept that my management capabilities were flawed and that the team has the right to move on with new leadership. However, I do not accept personal attacks or slandering based on a one‑sided retelling of events. My intention was never to harm Leo or Leoz, even though my handling of responsibilities and communication caused problems.
I also believe that prolonged personal attacks and slandering within a fanbase do not help Alpha Drive One or Leo. Those actions damage the public image of the community and distract from what matters most: supporting the artists and their music in a positive, respectful way. Regardless of what people think of me, I hope fans can put their energy into constructive projects, streaming, and real support for ALD1, rather than turning fandom spaces into ongoing conflict.
Going forward, I will not be involved in fanbase management or admin roles. I will focus on self‑funded projects, like the Hong Kong birthday cafe, and on my photography/media work, and I hope the fandom can continue to celebrate Leo in a positive way.
Thank you.
