@Eurostar Crowded today in St Pancras. Smartcheck closed and infrastructure not used. Automatic border control closed, infrastructure not used. Long queues but the staff is there to control no one takes photos to show the mess. Continuous bad management of Eurostar.
@Eurostar Strikes, closings, dirty stations, broken lifts for weeks, lack of French border police staff.... Eurostar prices are always up, service is down, while Eurostar never feels responsible for problems. Your job is to bring us at destination, not to tell us to stop travelling.
