Guys, What do i do to incentivize my users more to pay for my services ?

I have more than 200 signups to my software but only 7$ MRR.

At some points ( i did this and now i have 100k Mrr) starts to be tiring.

I used to be very excited with these videos but with a fatigue of my own work not reaching $100 since i started took me off the videos.

Now i focus more of other things.

After a week and some days on vacation, I came back and realised that my business was still printing money.

During the time i got 2 new customers who would probably convert to yearly users which should be $20 each.

Remember this was without any advertisements.

Still trying to figure out how i can monitize the product, i have all of these signups but it's hard to convert them.
