Here are a few ideas on how to push your pause button:
1. Practice saying “NO” to others and “YES” to yourself
2. Try yoga or meditation
3. Practice deep breathing
4. Get enough sleep
5. Go on a walk
6. Eat whole foods that decrease the stress response
