@durandurantula @AmericanAir They don’t plug the plane into the wall socket to recharge them at night. GPUs just provide power at the gate with engines off.

It’s sort of like your car, an on board generator charges batteries during flight. Very important that gets fixed before you are 36k feet up

I hear anecdotes both ways. My PA-15 got about 5k rounds over a couple years before I upgraded to an LMT. Original bolt and barrel, I just put a DD rail on it. It did the job it was meant to do; low cost of entry into shooting, and was reliable enough to allow me to learn the basics at the range. PSA is unapologetically pro 2A, good prices as a distributor, I cant say much bad about them
