1st time $BTC hit 70k, $ETH was 4k.
2nd time BTC hit 70k, ETH was 3.9k.
3rd time BTC hit 70k, ETH was 3.3k.
Now, BTC hits 70k for the 4th time, ETH at 2.5k.

This view has so far proved accurate. Basically, #BTC would lose some momentum after the rally to $68k and only find its new major move after the labor market release this week.

Also note that FOMC/election results are next week.

The cyclical view of #BTC says it should go up in Q4 2024.

The monetary policy view says down (and then up in early 2025).

While it made sense to fade the cyclical view back in March, it is more of a toss-up now between which view prevails.

If #BTC can get back above $70k on more than just a wick, then it favors the cyclical view prevailing.

If #BTC fails at $70k (or just below it) again, and starts heading back to $64k, then the monetary policy view will likely prevail and the breakout won't happen until 2025. If that happens, #BTC could have another quick dump (like April and August of this year), that would likely finalize in December.

The most likely thing to dictate short-term direction is the labor market data release this week.

Note that #BTC dominance is approaching the critical 60% threshold, at which point market dynamics could drastically start to change.

But I'd go for the flex hybrid 🔵 on the majority of the cases, bc I feel human interaction is key. Though, I love the remote first aproach also, when this interaction is promoted remotely too.
