At one point in my life i realized that i can just tell people that i'm working out and on a cut/diet right now and they wouldn't question why i'm counting calories or not eating the food they made
Started drinking chia seed water 20g per day
I love the taste and texture lol
will update if it actually helps with feeling full. ofc it has many other benefits too
So basically I've been working at my new job for 6 months and gained 3kg during that time. Could be worse.
My job offers free lunch & snacks so I have truly been taking advantage of that and now I'm paying for it.
I've started to count my calories at work.
I've been binging the whole summer. Finally got the courage to step on the scale last night and it was not good. i've gained like 5kg. 10kg total from my lw.
