@SaltyRunning A2 Well we haven’t had snow or ice yet but if we do I’ll figure out something. I have access to a TM at the gym at my office but I haven’t been on a treadmill in over 2 years. Kind of hate to break the streak now... #saltychat

@SaltyRunning A1 Well last week was my record coldest run (-5* with windchill). I tried to do a speed workout the following day when it was -2* and I quickly learned that was a mistake!! Could not get my breathing under control! #saltychat
