I don’t like this concept artists being expected to have a timelapse on hand to proof their work is theirs JUST in case. You think my 64gb ipad has the capacity to keep one for every project file? This is the time we live in. Madness.

@endormance one layer renderer here who also can't do timelapses of every piece due to pc issues

i save my sketch, colors, and different steps of my rendering process on different layers

if that doesnt work i have a speedpaint from 2021 and i can draw something live if needed

@shei_babu i avoided blend modes for years but started using them a lot when i got busier irl and wanted to finish things quicker. i still don't use any blur/blending tools though, too used to doing it manually w airbrush from my photoshop days
