@Delta After 7 hours waiting for a phone call someone finally called back and got things straightened out. She provided exceptional customer service and was professional. Kudos to her! She really saved the day and why I'll fly Delta.

@Delta is there something wrong with your airline?? You've changed my return flight from Hawaii 5 times now since it's been booked and now I'm pissed. I have to now wait 4 hours for a return call to hopefully get put on a different flight with no fees and same upgrades I paid for
