@hm_custserv I have and they say leave a note for the driver...but if he just drives past my house he won't see a note!! He does this all the time. I will have to stop ordering from H&M if this keeps happening

@susannareid100 I'm an expat in Germany&live in Bavaria,our lockdown rules are different to other parts of germany as we have more cases,so why cant the UK?I dont understand?Look at the way germany have handled this so far,shouldn't the uk be looking at germany for best practice?

@piersmorgan I'm a UK citizen living in germany (Bayern) and masks are mandatory from monday in all shops. No mask...no entry. Why is the UK not doing the same? Follow what the lower rate countries are doing!!

@piersmorgan the arguement about renters saying that their landlords will get a mortgage holiday is flawed! If I take a holiday then we have the consequences of additional interest which builds up over the term of our mortgage! Many thousands of £...its not free for us!

@Nespresso received my order today...Paid extra for delivery this morning and the DHL driver refused to deliver to my door, tried leaving it with a neighbour - awful service...and I am missing my descaling kit...instead I get a voucher for a free one in my next order?! Not good

@Casper ordered 2 mattresses from https://t.co/CV5XIlaTxt and the customer service has been awful.After chasing and chasing them, I now have a dispatch but only 1! So much for the 2 days delivery.After all the good "reviews" I expected much more, especially when spending 1000euro
