if some one wants to see a prosecution they can argue that deepthroat is suffocation, and guess what, you will be arguing it in court and having to pay your own legal bills

Criminal prosecutions are brought by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and the police, not the victim. Even if the victim does not want to cooperate or "press charges"
