@tha_matrix To perform a factory reset, press and hold the WPS button for 5 seconds.. then when you release, the sphere should say "restore to factory settings" give it a few mins to reboot and then connect your Sphere to the WiFi again.

@tha_matrix Hi, this is a very unusual issue. Can you still see your Sphere on the TIBO app?.. I would try performing a factory reset first on the product and then try connecting again.
