@artur_esg@lildarkcage Tbh if you are having an anxiety episode/you are heavily depressed, you just don't open the door or if you open the door, you would usually be too distressed to be cocky about an anti-doping test and sign a form.
@happy102519@returnofserve I am and I would totally see her reasoning as valid if she simply did not open the door. But she opened the door, spoke with the anti-doping woman, signed a test refusal and left her house.
@dandresaldi@returnofserve Recreational drugs aren't prohibited during off-season. But tbh reading more takes on it now, Vondrousova being thoroughly clueless about the anti-doping rules in general is a very plausible explanation too.
@prettyportkey98@returnofserve I am not saying it's certain she was doping, but her constructing conflicting explanations post hoc + the facts of the evening insofar as they can be determined are not helping her case. I am sorry about it, I was rooting for her on tour
@prettyportkey98@returnofserve It takes no time to get the drugs out of your body once you know you have to. I sometimes do anti-doping supervision for elite running races and the athletes have to be constantly supervised from the moment they are informed of the control to the moment of the actual control.
@TennisJeanneret@puresinnema I totally am a fan of Mensik, but let's not discredit Djoko's victory over Jannik, when he clearly won by being mentally stronger/more clutch and not Jannik being fatigued or whatever. Also, Doha counts but I really wanna see how they compete going forward
