I recently bought a roaming beyond plan with Freedom and was told I could use my phone normally when going to 120+ destinations. Now I’m in Iceland and have no service. Freedom is telling me my account is a deposit account and the service won’t work, BUT I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR IT

@MayorOliviaChow Everyday it becomes clearer to me how this city loves cars and hates people. This is the sidewalk between Dundas and Bloor towards Islington station. The street has been clean for two days but pedestrians can just go screw themselves, right?

@airtransat , I've been trying to cancel a package for 3 days now. I tried the call back feature - you called and didn't say anything. I've tried to call multiple times and the calls keep dropping. That's unbeliavable!
@WestJet , my friends and I are trying to reach out to you for more than 10h now. We only have 24h to cancel our package, only by phone, but you don’t answer! We’ll certainly file a complaint with Canadian Transportation Agency!
