@mogulbaggins Hi! Private sales is when the seller knows the person they wish to sell their tickets to. They are then able to restrict others from buying that ticket, so that that one chose person can buy it. Sellers simply need that person's email address to make it private.
@AmavaBello Hey @AmavaBello, thanks for reaching out! The login is set to 'fix' itself every 15 minutes, when and if an error like this occurs. Would you mind giving it a few minutes and trying it again just after 11h20am?

@mogulbaggins Hey @mogulbaggins, when an error message like this appears it's either the tickets have been sold or are in the process of being purchased by another user (the tickets may reappear if the buyer doesn't complete the purchase) or the tickets have been removed by the seller.
@mogulbaggins Hi @mogulbaggins, yes we're fully aware that it isn't the FB account used. But it seems that this issue does not occur with all FB accounts. Please let us know if you still experience the problem after trying it again in a few minutes, and we will get our dev team 2 have a look.
