Pavements were specifically designed so peoples guts arent pasted onto the roads so dont tell me and other people not to walk on them if they are icy. If you want to walk on the roads by all means do it. But it is my rights to feel safe when I'm out.

@GlasgowCC your EMA contract i had to sign is basically a whole load of crap. If i remember right i signed a contract that said that i must do over 21 hours of school or i wouldn't recieve my EMA. Turns out missing just one period in school can make us loose our EMA.
