Although this was written to prepare for the aftermath of the pandemic in 2020, much of it's content is relevant. Which parts do you feel still need to be addressed?

Hi teacher friends! What is your preferred way of doing professional development? What is the most important thing to you when you are receiving training for your job?
It's been a minute, but I'm back here to share some learning from my #ET662 class. We're learning about creating Professional Development for adult learners. Do you agree with these stages?
Working hard this weekend to put together my DIPP project for #ET660. Super excited to do an ignite session next week on how I will be incorporating #hyperdocs into my 7th grade ELA curriculum. Stay tuned for the link to my presentation! @ireneamelia1 @LoyolaET
Getting pumped in #ET660 to use try out #GeniusHour in our classes. Best part: students get to talk and ya'all know they're gonna do it anyways so why not give 'em time.
