@WestJetNews @JALs_now @WestJet @yvrairport Your codeshare is awful. I booked business class tickets and cannot select seats. When I call WestJet they say only JAL can pick seats. When I call JAL they say that they can't do it - only WestJet can do it. It's a complete runaround. I am traveling with 2 children!

@qatarairways We landed Dohar QR833 and made connection WHILE flight to LAX was still boarding. Qantas SOLD our business class seats to LAX. Forced us to take a flight 7 hrs later. Qatar did not cancel any economy seats. I would like compensation.

@Ask_Spectrum Spectrum customer service on chat completely lied to me and made me lose my legacy account promising that I would get the same speeds for less money. Then I found out that the speed was cut in half and now in order to get my speed back I have to pay $5 MORE. SCAM
