@royalairmaroc my patience has been expended!!!! It is frustrating that someone will take your flight and luggage will be missing. Then no sort of information is provided.

My mother flew in on the 18th of December and till now one of her luggage is missing.

We have been to the airport, Nigerian office, sent mails, filled forms…… nothing!!!!!!!!. @royalairmaroc please provide my mother’s luggage her essentials are inside, personal effects and valuables.
