We hold this truth to be self-evident: that no earthly authority is sovereign over the conscience of the people, and no title, office, decree, or institution stands above natural, inalienable rights nor the eternal Law of God.
Governments are instituted to secure liberty, not to manufacture obedience; to preserve justice, not to enthrone power.
When authority departs from truth, the people's duty is not blind submission, but steadfast resistance grounded in fundamental principles.
Let no man mistake restraint for weakness, nor peace for surrender. We will stand upon the self-governing principles that made freedom possible: faith, liberty, justice, and the courage to resist unlawful power.
We seek neither dominion over others nor permission to govern ourselves.
We seek only to remain free and live in peace.
@JonKatz79 Someone had posted about this along with the hearing tests and other stuff they did. I looked into the Gate Program. I haven’t dug too deep yet, but it might have been something
A US senator walked up to a TSA checkpoint and refused to let his face get scanned.
His name is Jeff Merkley. He represents Oregon, and he's spent three years trying to get the TSA to say out loud something the agency already admits, in writing, on its own website.
The face scan at the checkpoint is optional. Almost nobody gets told that.
There's one sentence that stops it cold. Here it is, along with everything the TSA would rather you never learn.
Start with the TSA's own words, straight from their website:
"Travelers who do not wish to participate in the facial recognition technology process may decline the optional photo, without recourse, in favor of an alternative identity verification process, which does not use facial recognition technology to verify their identity."
Optional photo. Without recourse. Their language, not mine.
The same page adds: "Travelers will not lose their place in line for security screening," and that the alternative method "does not take longer."
So the two excuses an agent might lean on, that you'll lose your spot or slow everyone down, are ruled out by the TSA's own site before you even say a word.
Here's the sentence. Say this before the scan happens:
"I do not consent to the scan and would like to have my ID manually verified."
That's the whole move. The officer takes your physical ID, driver's license or passport, and checks the photo against your face the same way agents have for the past twenty years. Merkley has documented himself doing exactly this on flights between DC and Portland.
Here's why almost no one knows this is even an option.
Merkley has been pushing on this since July 2023, when he went to Reagan National to publicly demonstrate the opt-out and challenge the TSA on how the program actually runs. The Washington Post covered it at the time.
In May 2025, he introduced the Traveler Privacy Protection Act alongside Senators John Kennedy of Louisiana, Ed Markey of Massachusetts, and Roger Marshall of Kansas, two Republicans and two Democrats. The bill has since picked up backing from the ACLU, the Electronic Privacy Information Center, Public Citizen, and several other watchdog groups.
Merkley put it plainly in the announcement:
"Folks don't want a national surveillance state, but that's exactly what the TSA's unchecked expansion of facial recognition technology is leading us to."
And:
"Americans have the right to opt out of using TSA's facial recognition at the airport, and we need to protect that right. Our Traveler Privacy Protection Act safeguards the freedoms and privacy of all Americans by making sure no one is required to have their face scanned to travel."
Here's the scale of what's coming.
Facial recognition currently runs in more than 84 US airports. The TSA's own stated plan is to expand it to more than 430, which is close to every commercial airport in the country. And per the bill's own findings, the agency is "eventually planning to make this technology mandatory for all travelers."
Right now, it's still optional. That window is closing.
The TSA maintains the system isn't being misused. Their stated position: "Biometrics are not used for surveillance. Facial recognition technology is solely used to automate the current manual ID credential checking process and will not be used for surveillance or any law enforcement purpose."
Take that at face value if you want. That's not really the point here. The point is that you still get to choose, and almost nobody's being told that.
Here's the five minute version you can actually use before your next flight:
Memorize the sentence: "I do not consent to the scan and would like to have my ID manually verified."
Have your physical ID out and ready, driver's license or passport, not a photo on your phone.
At the podium, hand over your ID and say the sentence in a normal, even tone. No need to explain yourself.
If the agent pushes back or claims it'll slow things down, repeat the sentence calmly. If they still resist, ask for a supervisor.
One caveat: this applies to TSA checkpoints specifically. International arrivals go through Customs and Border Protection, a different agency with different rules. For domestic US flights, this sentence is what you need.
Here's the part that's hard to sit with.
The TSA already states, on its own website, that this is optional. A sitting US senator has spent three years asking them to simply say so at the checkpoint itself. They haven't. The signage doesn't say it. The agents usually don't say it. The airline app doesn't say it either.
Reuters reported in July 2025 that the airline industry has publicly pushed back against Merkley's bill.
Before the rollout hits all 430 airports, there's still a one-sentence way to opt out.
Say the sentence. Show your ID. Walk through.
An Open Letter to Anyone With a Voice Big Enough to Matter
To those who can be heard when others cannot:
Please help save Sergeant Snuggles.
Snuggles is a young Anatolian Shepherd—a livestock guardian—who belongs to a veteran family in Pima County, Arizona. In October 2025, on his own property, he bit a family member during a moment of extreme stress: a female dog in heat, coyotes nearby, days of agitation, and a startle from behind. It was his first bite. The family member recovered. She has since said, in her own words, that he did not “attack” her, that he stopped when he recognized her, and that she wants him home.
A court still ordered him destroyed. Pima Animal Care Center has held him ever since. He has now spent nearly a year in a kennel. County medical records document repeated “shelter stress.” His family has posted bond, paid thousands in boarding fees, offered stronger fencing, professional behavior work, and even transfer to a qualified sanctuary. They have asked only that he not be killed while those options exist.
Mercy is not the same as pretending a bite never happened. It is choosing the least irreversible path when the person who was hurt is asking for his life, when the dog has no prior history, and when a working guardian breed did what that breed is wired to do under the wrong conditions. Death cannot be undone. A second chance, with conditions, can.
If you have a platform, use it. Share his name. Ask why a first-incident dog is still locked away nearly a year later while his family begs for a humane alternative. Ask Pima County officials to allow transfer to a sanctuary or return under strict safeguards instead of carrying out a death sentence the family and the injured relative oppose.
Snuggles cannot speak. The people who love him have nearly exhausted their money and their legal options. What they still have is the hope that someone with a louder voice will refuse to look away.
Please help bring Sergeant Snuggles home.

With respect and urgency,
A friend of a family that only wants their dog back.
Good morning, go to your local gas station, check if they’re reselling great value (Walmart exclusive) food products.
If they are, report them for fraud.
9 times out of ten they’re using food stamps to stock the shelves.
They get 100% profit and you get to pay twice.
In Constantinople, the French academic doctor Pitton de Tournefort (18th century), witnessed the impalement of the Christian Greeks from the Muslims: "They lay the victim face down, after tying his hands behind his back, place a donkey saddle on his back, and two of the executioner's assistants sit on it to completely immobilize him. Another one holds his head pressed to the ground with both hands. A fourth assistant tears open the back of the victim's trousers with scissors. Then the executioner drives the stake, a wooden spit, as deep as possible. Next, he takes a wooden hammer and strikes the stake until the sharp end emerges at the chest. They then lift the stake upright and plant it in the ground. And as the poor wretch suffers, the Turks mock him, ridicule him, and call on him to convert to Islam and embrace the Muslim faith."
Pouqueville also recounts the tragic end of the Greek Thymios Vlachavas from Thessaly, following the uprising of 1808. He saw him in Ioannina, bound to a pole in Ali Pasha's courtyard: "calmer than the tyrant who was enjoying his torment, he looked at me with a serene gaze, as if wanting to make me a witness to the triumph of his supreme hour. He endured the executioner's blows without groaning or complaining. And the limbs dragged through the streets of Ioannina showed the terrified Greeks the remains of the last captain of Thessaly."
Kandyloros reports that the Muslim Kehaya-Bey "disembarked in Kalamata in 1805 carrying twenty thousand stakes for the impalement of the Greeks. He advanced inland, captured and impaled about six hundred of them."
Another form of torture was "the hooks." They consist of a scaffold erected at the entrance of cities. The executioner hoists the condemned man high on a pole using a pulley. Below the pole are fixed hooks. Then he suddenly releases the rope, and the condemned man falls with all his weight onto the hooks, impaling himself sometimes in the chest, sometimes in the armpits, or elsewhere on the body. And they leave him there to die. Often death comes after three days.
All these were inflicted on the Greeks who refused to embrace Islam and Muhammadanism.

THE ELITES WON'T TELL YOU THIS—but the science is clear.
The University of Nebraska proved raising MORE COWS & eating MORE BEEF saves the planet.
Cows are carbon negative—they produce more oxygen than the methane & carbon they emit.
PRO TIP: Texas 2026 Republican statewide ticket, all in one place.
This is the statewide Republican lineup for November.
Save the cheat sheet, know the names, and know exactly what’s on the ballot before Election Day.
Holy shit. So not only is Israel spraying my children to dim the sun in the United States while having a moratorium on sun dimming in their own country but they're also supplying the fluoride in our drinking water that is lowering the IQ of our children whilst banning fluoride in their own country. This is actually f*cking crazy.
So the US military put Ebola into airborne particles so animals could be infected by inhaling air. Vaxxed animals got hurt by inhalable Ebola worse than unvaxxed ones. Tony Fauci blows up, saying it all should have been classified to not undermine vaccine confidence.
You may not love your republican candidate, but it sure as heck beats this nonsense. Oh…and communism. Vote republican this November. Primaries were for making your voice heard, the general election is where you have to play as a team.
