it’s not every day that you get to work with people you love and love what you do. I feel incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to do both with @strobefund.

we recently spun out of @blocktower and started strobe, a new early-stage venture fund focused on backing bold founders who are leveraging onchain primitives to create new markets and replatform industries.

@British_Airways @British_Airways your customer service is useless. They just keep sharing canned responses of the same information when we are trying to talk to someone to solve our issue of lacking tracking or any status update. We’ve already gone through all the appropriate avenues and no help

@British_Airways my in laws connected through LHR on Wednesday Dec 11 and the luggage has still not delivered to Munich. We’ve reached out multiple times to BA customer service and the delivery service TSW transportation and no one can answer or give us any help.
