@DonorsChoose my items were supposed to arrive 8 weeks ago! I reached out online and still nothing! We're starting the unit I needed most of the supplies for TOMORROW! I ordered everything through @amazon. If I buy everything myself will you reimburse me? My students need this!

@AmazonHelp The email said the package was returned by the carrier. There was a link of possible reasons why the package was undelivered. But it's a generic list.

@AmazonHelp I ordered items from Amazon Business through Donor's Choose. I have a reference # and an order #. The items weren't delivered and Amazon said the donor's choose acct was refunded by amazon, but I want the items! Donor's choose isn't responding. The order was placed July 26th.

@AmazonHelp Thanks @AmazonHelp. I received an email from Amazon saying that the account has been refunded because they couldn't deliver the items. I can't login because it's @DonorsChoose account. The address is correct. I've already received from other vendors.
