For the National Day of service, my 4 grandsons to cleared the debris from my parent's yard. Recent storms knocked lots of branches and twigs down. We are going to decide how we can do more acts of service more often. #mart
STEAM club students presented prototypes they created in groups to a few special guests. Tami Byron and Katie SheehanSmith, thanks for supporting the students of NNPS!! Afterward, they remarked that the experience made them feel more confident.

HUGE SHOUT OUT to @McIntoshElem Art Teacher, Mrs. Murchison for creating the new, beautiful mural to hang outside the @NNPSHPE & @NNPSArts offices at our School Board building. We absolutely love how she captured our contents. 🤩🤩
Thank you! #NNPSProud

Today's reading: Psalms 38 & 39
What a prayer request in Psalm 39:4! David didn't pray for fame or fortune. Rather David asked God to remind him how SHORT life is and to show him his end!
Life's too short to not be in God's will!

Today's reading: Psalms 24 & 25
Trust is like an egg...it's fragile & when it is broken it takes a lot to repair it. Alot of people have trust issues because we've been let down so many times.
But there is One you can always trust: GOD

This quote came from a student during a conversation about where art comes from. It gave me goosebumps so I wrote it down. #ilovemystudents#art#whyiteach
@McIntoshElem You're pretty awesome. Our students love it when you drop into art class with us. Thanks for all you do to support learners in every subject.
So near the end of class, a 1st grader (We've never met in person) raised her hand to say she wanted to hug me...she hugged her Chrome book. Everyone froze because they could tell by the way I covered my mouth that I was getting emotional. I didn't cry, but that was so touching!
