@ProfessorStacie Early intervention is just as helpful for educators because When exceptionalities are discovered early it can make the teaching process smoother if we know what steps to take to be more effective. it gives the kids a greater chance of learning and growing.
@ProfessorStacie They're important for many reasons. I think the most important is because it offers them resources they may not have access to if those programs didn't exist

@ProfessorStacie I think the design of a classroom is just as important as the curriculum. It should be a safe and relaxing environment that can be used to keep their attention without overstimulating them. Activities should be treated the same. There are ways to do fun activities without risking
@ProfessorStacie It's important for a number of reasons, most importantly for me is to know that all students rights are being upheld and respected. I think it will positively impact my teaching, because if I'm within my rights as an educator I have the goverment, court, and behind me.
@ProfessorStacie Individual connections help establish trust and respect. Building those individual connections can give a better understanding of each student and what they need to be successful

@ProfessorStacie The teacher that CARES. I want their to be true equality in education. I'd love to see a larger budget for educator materials, a higher budget, and more freedom with lesson plans.
@ProfessorStacie Certain designs and activities could be a distraction to students and shift attention in the wrong direction. While some designs that can create a calm & fun environment to learn. I love the idea of a"cool down" corner for kids who deal with overstimulation.
