HHS/HRSA has now placed a proposed rule in the federal regulatory pipeline to create a COVID-19 Countermeasures Injury Table for the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program.

For years, injured Americans have needed a real pathway. I have relentlessly hounded about the need for a table.

Now the federal government is officially moving toward creating one.

Why this matters:

A COVID injury table can list injuries presumed to be caused by covered COVID countermeasures when they occur within specific time windows.

That means people may no longer have to fight from zero, alone, trying to prove every piece of causation in a broken system.

This could help create:

✅ formal recognition
✅ clearer standards
✅ a better compensation pathway
✅ defined injury timeframes
✅ a foundation for accountability going forward

This is not the finish line. The details will matter. The injuries included will matter. The timeframes will matter. The fairness of the process will matter.

But today, this is a major step.

The fight paid off.

For those who don’t know why this matters: an injury table creates a formal pathway for people harmed by COVID countermeasures to receive compensation. So if federal actors already knew genetic vaccine platforms could produce widespread reactions, and they failed to disclose that platform history and unknowns before pushing COVID mRNA products, that is not just an oversight….not just an oopsie.

That is a direct informed-consent and EUA disclosure failure.
