Looks like I'm the winner of @cizzorz Deathun 2024 speedrun competition🥇
This was the most difficult speedrun competition I've ever played in, hardest map and best opponents. Many of the best OG speedrunners came back to try it out.

$10,000 DEATHRUN CHALLENGE.
-Beat The Map as fast as possible.
- no skipping levels/exploiting bugs (shortcuts, utilizing items, are allowed)

@BecomingCritter I've had a hard time deciding that. I prefer to use Blaziken with Sash, because it has a bit more Attack and less bulk. If I want to use focus energy I also prefer Blaziken because of Blaze Kick. If I want access to Head Smash or if I want a more bulky piece, I choose Emboar
The starter pokemon signature moves are very good. Added to ZA with the DLC and work like Hyper Beam but with huuuge AOE which makes them even stronger. I won a tournament vs the best using starters only because of Hydro Cannon, Frenzy Plany & Blast Burn

My good friend @tigeraura just won our high-level tournament using only starter pokemon! Yall seriously need to watch how one of the best Z-A Players navigates and plays! It's seriously unreal! https://t.co/hTJ24K61Lv
@Iceoz0@THATSAplusONE I set up screens and calm mind to then fire off a +1 life orb boosted Steel Beam before swapping to Swampert or Mega Scovillian. Could use the same idea on Gholdengo, but then you don't have the element of suprise. Klefki picked up KO's because people werent expecting its big DMG
@HimalayaVGC @THATSAplusONE@AustinJohnPlays The reason I used 10% Zygarde was mainly because it has less base HP than 50% Zygarde, so when it transforms into 100%, the 10% gets more HP when transformed. And 10%'s movement speed is a lot faster which is good so I can use it in its 10% form to e-speed and trap. Same ATK BST
@SplashPlateVGC Looks like the lagging player got DC'd in the last second of the vid, probably just massive lag cus they lost their connection. And cus you were attacking a DCing player on your client, for the Beedrill player your Xerneas was prob just standing next to it on their client. (prob)
Another recent Pokemon Legends Z-A Online Tournament! This time Mega Eelektross comes out on top!
Let me know if you like the inclusion of items and movesets in these graphics!
@THATSAplusONE The finals was played at such a high level, all games were super close! The last game of the BO3 decided it all with a three way tie for 2nd place: Before the final game, me and Vareq were tied, and shaneak (Siren) were in the lead by 1 point
The top 3 players all had Mega Garchomp with Swords Dance, EQ, Dragon Rush and a last coverage move, even tho every team has Garchomp counters.
What did we think of that meta?
I lost the 1st place tiebreaker by 1 KO this tour as well lol 🥈
Thought Pangoro was the call, but nope
Top 8 from a recent 32 player Pokemon Legends: Z-A Online Tournament!
This time we managed to show the items and movesets for our top 4 players! Shoutouts to @tigeraura for gathering this info and making the graphic!
@Pixelarian Charizard was my old usual, mega Y with Heat Wave, Overheat, Air Slash, Protect. Max HP max Sp.atk EV's.
But I'm trying to make a YT video on this team, so you'll have to wait for the rest
🥈 I wanted to showcase these underrated mons, but the new ruleset with 1 legendary per team is already here. Still, both non-mega Eelektross and Kangaskhan proved themselves against Xearnas & Yveltal, getting tied for 1st, but losing the "most KO's" tiebreker by 1 KO 😄
@_Mimikyu@THATSAplusONE I've only been playing with Alpha's so far, because it's so much easier to train them with the guaranteed 3x31 IV's they come with. But in the future, now that bottle caps are easy to get, people will definitely start strategizing around the size of thier mons! Great idea :)
@str3ssIsReal@THATSAplusONE Glad you asked! Also, it just has a pretty high base attack stat. With Black Belt, Set Up, and Close Combat it hits very hard
@str3ssIsReal@THATSAplusONE I always want to bring a mon that can catch everyone by suprise, to gain an advantage. In the tour before this one, fairy types was not much to be seen. I wanted STAB Brick Break on my lead mon, and a lead that can deal with Metagross. Can also suprise KO Garchomps in 1v1s! :D
