@_joshchapman98 10000%. Selles not working out gave the perspective that Wilder should never have gone, but he bottled it post Wednesday game that season and arguably he cost us playoff final by sitting back so early. He’s been poor since returning and we’re heading in one direction currently.

@spurr_tom I don’t necessarily think someone comes in and performs miracles turning us into a top side in the league, but it’s such a small club mentality to think ‘who else is there’ when what we’ve got isn’t working. It’s time for a change. It’s overdue. The man is not beyond criticism.

@Bladeshub_ Can’t believe how much of a pass he gets. Yes the owners are poor, yes they failed us this summer. But they’ve backed him in previous windows and he’s still not achieved what we hoped he would.

Him going after Sunderland was the right call. Him coming back after Selles was not.

@AdeyH85059 @Bladeshub_ He’s still got 10m+ strikers and defenders to work with as well as his own selections this summer, albeit loan/free transfers. But CW is now working with “his squad” something he’s been keen to point out in the past.

Problems were there before the Sunderland final. Still there.

@footballheaven @BBCSheffield He’s having us on. I know we’re a fickle old bunch and he was a welcome return after Selles but let’s be honest. He cost us automatic places in 2024, he lost us the playoff final and since returning he’s done nothing but moan about the squad not being his.
