New relay holder design โ now out in the wild ๐
Original rubber parts age badly, split, and stop supporting the wiring and relays.
TPU replacement to retain flexibility for longer and outlast OEM.

Found my relay holders completely knackered while wiring in aux lights.
Knocked up a TPU replacement โ should outlast the OEM rubber by a country mile. Here they are: https://t.co/Jx09dBZQ0i
Over time, repeated heat cycling and environmental exposure slowly age rubber hoses. When they start to fail, the symptoms often look like something more serious.

Covers off, a bit of garage fettling before the riding season starts.
If a bike runs poorly after winter storage, donโt assume sensors, injectors or electrical gremlins straight away.
It might simply be old petrol.

These little blighters have a habit of disappearing if you ride without the panniers fitted.
Theyโre the rubber bump stops on the Tiger 955i pannier frame. Without them the panniers can move around and rattle.
Has anyone else had this happen?
#Triumph#Tiger955i#Tiger885i
I was genuinely surprised how brittle they had become once I removed them. Definitely something that's worth checking on older bikes, especially if you are having starting/idling issues!
These were the original vacuum hoses on my Tiger 955i.The rubber had hardened and cracked badly at the ends after years of heat cycling, causing vacuum leaks, poor starting and uneven idle.Replacing them solved the issue. #Triumph#Tiger955i
