@TAGHeuer Tag claims precision watches and can’t bring bad repute wherein brand service centre claims occasional misalignment as acceptable. Please help resolve this. Lacking post sale support from @ethoswatches

Very poor after sales support from Ethos Watch. My Tag Heuer watch has persistent misalignment issue despite multiple repairs. Ethos not supporting for replacement. Very bad.

@TAGHeuer My Formula 1- High Precision Quartz Chronograph seconds hand doesn’t perfectly to 12 despite multiple repairs. Ethos, Service centre refuses replacement citing occasional misalignment as acceptable contrary to brand’s claim of 1/10 second precision. Bad reputation.
