@JohnMartin929 There was significant weather close enough everyone in Shelby County. Just say you don't understand grid systems & NO ONE maintains trees in the COM with majority above ground power. Our trees are beautiful BUT have no tap root, soft/silty soil with flash flooding. Fall easily.

@Tlasley20 @TJfromTWlTTER You are correct when it comes to metal panels. They have a tendency for a different trade to accidentally damage them. The panels are special order with several month lead times. Unless they are part of the building envelope, you always wait as long as possible.

@stevebrei @TJfromTWlTTER This is not true. SOMETIMES, it happens that way. It depends on what type of project management style is selected by the owner. CMAR, BTS, Design/Bid/Build, etc. Projects like this typically are CMARs the same GC constructs all phases of construction.
