Which only those in the elite division were required to complete , we had to be here before 6am .
Event 0 was 1 km ski erg for time . Iβve only touched a ski erg twice in my life so needless to say it sucked π

Every Monday at 5:15 am . This is a cardio class for any fitness level. Each class is about 30-45 mins and will have a variety of machine works, running and other aerobic activity π₯
