@AmyL_IoM It’s my 28 year IOManniversary this month - one bad crossing 28 years ago and it took us another 14 to get back on the boat. But this time of year is quite nice (I’d still rather fly but you get more shopping on the boat! 😊)

@AmazonHelp Thanks. But it still doesn’t help to explain why it’ll take an extra 3 weeks to deliver to the Isle of Man than to Manchester… I’ve ordered from somewhere else who has estimated 2-4 days delivery rather than a month.

Why is customer service from @amazon so TERRIBLE?! 😫
My order is expected on 14 September. HOW can it take 33 days to get here?! But Less than 2 weeks to the UK.
