In May, Oregonians overwhelmingly shut down down her dirty attempt at shoving more taxes down our throats. She bully dyked and manipulated the legislature in a sneaky, special Labor Day weekend session but was too busy to show up to defend her tax grab. Instead, she spent the weekend shopping at the coast and orchestrating @RepCyrusJavadi's defect to the Dem party to vote for her monstrosity tax hike. Kotek is as dirty as they come in politics and she could give a flying f what the taxpayers think. She's doing it again with a de*th by a thousand taxes.

Kotek must be removed in November.

🚨🚨🚨Mexican National Sentenced for Trafficking Over 70 Firearms

PORTLAND, Ore.—A Mexican man who was a recipient of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) immigration status was sentenced to federal prison today for trafficking firearms, announced Scott E. Bradford, U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon.

Vincente Cortes Quiroz, 37, was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison and 3 years’ supervised release.

According to court documents, investigators learned that Quiroz acquired over 120 firearms in Oregon since 2014 from licensed firearms dealers. Quiroz lied by stating he was a United States citizen on many of the firearm purchase forms. Over 70 firearms and hundreds of rounds of ammunition were seized from Quiroz’s residence. Two vehicles Quiroz used in his crime were also seized.

“Getting illegal firearms off the streets is a top priority. Through our collaboration with our law enforcement partners, we removed more than 70 illegal guns, making our community safer,” said Scott E. Bradford.

Sorry I've not posted much this week - been really busy and out each day without any time to concentrate on doing photo work for X, but if you are suffering withdawal symptoms, let me re-share this older piece of work: A 1910 Autochrome, taken at Fernbrook in Lenox, Massachusetts. This was photographed in colour 116 years ago by Thomas Shields Clarke using an early colour glass-plate process. It isn't colourised.
