While working on governance for TIGR, I hit a fundamental wall:
I wanted fully decentralized democratic governance based on service, skin in the game and education — not the classical DAO model, which is essentially plutocracy built on money.
But in 2026, without protection from bots, without independent infrastructure, and without a legal framework, it's quite impossible to make it real.

That is why NOMOS was born. ⚖️
NOMOS is not a finished product — it is a vision in development, the foundation of a universal governance platform and future standard. A modular framework that will allow TIGR, any other DAO, or even real‑world democratic structures to run identity‑verified, legally grounded, and censorship‑resistant governance.
