@Se_Railway I was delayed on Tuesday and filled out a claim but it’s been rejected. The train was delayed by about 25 minutes, which meant I missed my Thameslink connecting service. Overall delay was 30-59 minutes.
@Tesco why are the dairy free options not on sale. We already have to deal with so much and then to be further penalised when this happens is just another issue.

Gaaaah @Se_Railway when advising passengers to be on the front four coaches of the train. Please also announce how long the train is. My usual one is 8 coaches. Got a train an hour later and it’s 12 coaches so missed my stop.
@TLRailUK have submitted delay repay twice for a cancelled train and been declined twice. Details are all correct and can clearly see online that it was cancelled.

@VirginAtlantic I paid for selecting a seat. Deliberately chose a window seat as a nervous flyer but been reallocated an aisle and no communication since I checked in.
