@emmyykitten Right? It’s so hard to do sometimes but I find picking someone from my life that might have similar reactions (like my dad or grandfather) helps. How someone would respond if they hadn’t had the chance to grow up being in touch with their feelings. If I can help lemme know

@emmyykitten I look at how anxiety is tied to fear and focus on that - why is he afraid? Danger? Death? Is it scary? Does it involve a phobia or something traumatic? How do they respond to it? Avoidance, rumination, crying, anger?

@emmyykitten Hi hello I find that for me, when writing ghost being scared of darkness and small spaces, I focused on the physical sensations, flashbacks. How fear can make people irritable and anxious. Quiet, closed off, clammy. Tight gut, itchy skin. What ifs
