Avoid @bookingcom like the plague advertised a deluxe hotel that turned out to be absolutely disgusting and I mean filthy and now a messing about not giving us a refund, miles from home had to find another hotel and they are taking no responsibility for it, false advertising

@bookingcom absolutely ridiculous advertised a deluxe double room we booked for a wedding, on arrival it was nothing like the pictures they advertise, we had to get another hotel and now are messing us about with a refund, far from good enough I expect this sorted very quickly
