@RoyalMail why did I only receive a letter today that was posted on June 3rd…. In the last few weeks we’ve had mail not arrive, bank cards never delivered, birthday cards not delivered on time and medical appointments missed due to letters taking 5 weeks to arrive - appaling

@HMRCcustomers how do I speak to an advisor? Need to update name&address,spent all morning trying to get through on phone&keep getting cut off after 10 minutes holding each time I CANNOT update online via gov gateway or personal tax account as you cannot verify my identity
