@pc_optimum I dialed 1-866-727-6468 to delete my account , I was on hold for 45 minutes. finally I connect with someone and they say they can’t hear me, yet they are staying on the line asking “hello? Hello?” for over 10 min like it’s a robot. Do you have real people answering ?
