SPEC WRITING MISTAKES, A THREAD PT 1:
Are you writing a spec for one of the writing programs this year? Last year I read 100+ submissions and noticed some patterns. All the scripts that didn't make the cut had at least one of these issues, while the great scripts avoided them.
@GavMcCracken This all makes sense but does suppressing oil prices for that long not incentivize a much sharper rise in forced physical delivery, especially in Asia, enough to move the eventual failure of this tactic earlier than Oct?
@jasonprgressive@propitious29@TheMichaelEvery 100% but the infrastructure to bypass Hormuz completely will take time - if they cave now they lose any remaining leverage they have and will never get it back once the bypass options are in place.

@PauloMacro@Nick_duCat How does literally no one know EV stands for Equity Vehicles? Like who still needs gas in The year of our Ford 17💩…?! If we import everything we eventually will become a net exporter of everything and that’s when you’ll really see GDP take off like use your Claude people!
