Out what your legacy will be…. “The prime minister who hammered the final nail in the NHS coffin” maybe…Whilst blaming everyone but the man looking back from his mirror…..
Shame on you for bull shitting everybody, every time you open your mouth.
That was productive…
Sleep well tonight, the next night and night after, but spare a thought for those who are spending a third night on a trolley, in a chair or even on the floor whilst you spend your wealth having health care as far from the squalor as possible and working
My fellow patients…. Please do not offend any one else by saying you get it…. Until you turn up for a shift as a HCA without a film crew you, will never get it. You say you met with senior nhs folk? Are they the ones whose pay is equivalent to that of five nurses? Hmm… bet
And those of us who needed regular blood glucose checks as well as regular food and medication to maintain blood sugar, don’t forget the people who were a high risk of falls, ( did you know that doesn’t always mean the elderly you want to send home without care packages),
Kids from the food bank ( oh, do you know what a food bank is? It’s not a Tesco credit card or something, but I’m sure one of your friends can Google it for you). Who
In hospital I was scared, but never lost the pride for those who a real public servants, and the compassion for
Minutes waiting to climb on your soapbox?
You are a sad excuse for a leader..
You haven’t a clue about adversity. About real poverty, about chronic ill health that destroys you bit by bit, you haven’t a clue about working a valued job, giving all to strangers and feeding own
That the person you were serving food to in a homeless charity was in some way connected to finance… you looked so stupid when you grinned inanely as he told you he just wanted to make it through Christmas…. Or did you totally “get it” as you once queued in the cold for five
And yet, because they care, patients get fed, watered and cared for. It ain’t pretty, it’s not always timely, but that’s what happens day out when people like you say “ I know it all my dad was a doctor “ You know nothing that matters.
Just like you believe
Beyond your curtain? Oh shall we talk about the paramedics looking after trolleys? Because let’s not pretend it’s only A and E that can’t off load their patients…
And this is just a fraction of what I saw, NOT in three days but each and every hour…. All of the time.
Oh what else? The regular medication, for the 37 beds plus the 20 patients scattered in corridors, doorways etc… and those people sitting in the corridors opposite the bays with patients? Do you know what privacy means? When you are crapping on a commode with ten people sitting
State shouts every thirty seconds,or the lady whose heart is beating at twice it’s normal speed, and is scared every time the monitor sounds? Oh and those of us who needed regular monitoring due to our acute illnesses, and those of us who were in pain and needed pain relief?
@RishiSunak you say your own health care choices don’t affect your ability to fix the NHS? You are so wrong….
I just spent 3 nights in my local MAU, the first days on a chair, before I was able to get a bed for a few hours before discharge.
1. There was no room in the inn.
2.There was not enough staff, and those that were there never stopped….
So Mr Sunak…. Do you have any idea what that means? For the person who needs a wee.. ( and needs to be taken) For the person who wants a drink… and in their confused
The staff on MAU @AneurinBevanUHB are amazing…. So let’s do a little pop quiz shall we oh ye who knows how to fix the NHS…
Firstly every bit of space was being used and yet? Some manager somewhere decided to send more chairs… Great idea huh? No….
For those of us transplantees these viruses everywhere floor us..
Open one of your miserable emergency nightingale wards for us to access urgent care without waiting twelve hours in casualty and catching even more bugs.
You lot honestly don't have a clue what's happening irl
@PrifWeinidog Please would you like to confirm you are going to take responsibility for our health? Post transplant, no where to hide, cant get any form of urgent pcr to see of I need urgent antivirals.
Am sick three days now.
masks we get it... the majority of voters find them inconvenient. Least you can do is sort our sick pay out and the access to treatment. So many bugs now as a result of being behind closed doors, we need additional sick pay for infections we are inevitably catching. Yuk for some
Fab breakfast for errrmm one.. as they ran out of my food as don't eat the 'sausage' and although every breakfast has bacon they have none. @Edsdiner not the treat we envisioned... wont be coming back
